The player comes on a short-term loan until the summer break. The arrangement that allows Sebastian to join Ranheim on the day is a national loan agreement for young players between 18-22 years of age and a minimum of 14 days. At the same time, FK Haugesund can bring back Tounekti on the day after 14 days.

Sebastian is a winger, someone who likes to score goals, create chances and score goals. He is originally from Tromsdalen, with a transfer to Bodø/Glimt and FK Haugesund last year. Last year he was on loan to Dutch side Groningen. 

He has age-specified national team matches for Norway, but has chosen to change his national team affiliation to Tunisia.
