It is with a heavy heart that we can announce that Andreas Olsvoll has suffered a cruciate ligament injury and will be out for a long time. 

– There was a high ball that I had to back up to catch. As I set out to catch the ball, I hear a bang in my knee, says Andreas Olsvoll.

– I had an MRI the next day and it showed that I have torn the anterior cruciate ligament. With that, I’m going to Oslo for an examination on August 8 and on to surgery, says Olsvoll, who must expect to be out for up to a year before he is 100% back again. It is of course a tough challenge, but I have changed my focus quite quickly and have already started to think ahead. Now there will be strength training and movement training in the future to prepare me for the operation, says the goalkeeper talent, who makes it clear that he will come
