Kolskogen played for Åsane in 2018 and 2019. He was sold to SK Brann before the 2020 season. Kolskogen has also played for Jerv (on loan) – and most recently for Aalesund. He started his career in Os.

He also has seven games for the U21 national team.

– This should be good. I am really looking forward to playing for Åsane again. Now we must all do our part to climb the table. We are going up, says Ole Martin Kolskogen.

– We are bringing in a good and experienced player, who has played many matches in the Eliteserien. He has played for us before and knows how we want to play. Ole Martin will contribute well for Åsane. We are looking forward to this, says Morten Røssland.

Will have the first of the year at Åsane Arena

Outside, the storm “Hans” is wreaking havoc in large parts of Norway, but on Wednesday the orange will do everything to wreak havoc on Mjøndalen. Åsane are below the mark and now need a win at home.

Åsane have brought in two players on loan. Isak Tomar Hjorteseth made his debut against KFUM Oslo – and now Ole Martin Kolskogen is coming back to the oranges.

In the season premiere, Åsane played away to Mjøndalen. Then there was a division of points after 0-0 at Consto Arena. It was a game where Åsane had great opportunities, but it was goalless between these two teams.

– Looking forward to it

Mjøndalen is in 9th place with 21 points. They have won six matches, drawn three and lost seven matches. In the previous series round, the brown jerseys won 3-0 at home against Hødd.

It is a team that has varied a lot this season. They have also sold the striker, Kristian Lien, to FC Groningen in the Netherlands.

Åsane, on the other hand, is second last in the table. Ten points behind Mjøndalen, but three points behind the qualification place. We have one win, eight draws and seven losses. We have seven one-goal losses.

– Now we have brought in two good players in Isak and Ole Martin. They have good experience from the Eliteserien. We will fight everything we can to climb the table. The first step on the road is Mjøndalen on Wednesday, says Morten Røssland.

We hope for good support from the stands. The 12th man will be important throughout the autumn.
